    Unfortunately, we do not have an offline store. However, you can communicate with us and our customer service through online contacts no matter where you are.

    What kind of warranty do you offer if the product is damaged or not received in completely?

    Answer:

    If the product is damaged, the company will replace the product immediately. Usually, we will send samples to our customers to review before starting the production. Also we have a professional QC-team to ensure a high quality standard of our products at all times.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    Answer:

    We accept Bank Transfer and also PayPal.

    When will the goods arrive at the destination?

    Answer:

    It depends on the customer location because we ship our orders internationnally. In normal circumstance, the order should arrive within 1 day - 45 days.
